WEEKLY SCHEDULED CLIENTS with re-occurring pet sits & dog walks require 24 hour cancellation notice.
No cancellation charge for “acts of God” (weather).
VACATION PET SITS, DOG WALKS & OVERNIGHTS:
Full refund – cancel 15 days or more
50% refund – cancel 7 – 14 days
No refund – 6 or less days
SUMMER SEASON (June 1 to September 10)
Full refund if cancelled 15 days or more before contracted date.
50% refund if cancelled between 7 – 14 days before contracted date.
No refund if cancelled 6 days or less before contracted date.
HOLIDAY SEASON(December 20 – January 3) & four day Thanksgiving weekend
Full refund if cancelled 15 days or more before contracted date.
